To secure your appointment DEPOSITS will be taken over the phone by CARD PAYMENT or BANK TRANSFER for any COLOURING or PERMING services. This will be an amount between £20-£30, which will be deducted from the final cost on the day of your appointment.

If for any reason you need CANCEL or MOVE your appointment, you will be REQUIRED to give us a minimum of 24 HOURS NOTICE. If this notice is not given you will UNFORTUNATELY lose your deposit.

Your DEPOSIT can be TRANSFERRED to you NEXT APPOINTMENT if appropriate NOTICE is given.

Due to clients not showing up to appointments, a £10 "NO SHOW" fee will be added to your next appointment.
